I am so happy I found Alie Street. They could not have been more helpful. I never expected to be buying a wedding dress on line, but needs must in these strange times. NOTHING was too much trouble. 3 dresses sent then another, dresses returned and another sent. All dealt with speedily and with most pleasant emails from Michelle. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I have the perfect dress. Huge thanks to all concerned. I will definitely use again when looking for an occasion dress and recommend to others. I was looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner and found many options with Alie Street. Since it’s all online I had questions on fit and return policy. The customer service with Alie Street was superior. They were always quick to respond, kind, and knowledgeable. Also, the dress I chose is absolutely gorgeous. I am in love with this dress. I’ve tried other wedding dresses from Alie Street and they have all been great quality, but the lace and fabric on this dress is particularly soft, which seems rare for wedding dresses! Accurate sizing, perfect knee length (I’m 5’6”) and it hangs beautifully. I was worried it might be shiny based on the photos online but it’s not at all. One tip for others with a fuller bust or hourglass figure: try the dress on backwards! Trust me, it gives it a completely different look - equally, if not more, stunning. Highly recommend ☺️

Love love love my wedding dress! I had the idea, searched the web, and knew it was the dress for me when I saw it. I ordered 2 styles -- and stuck with the first one. Returning the other one was so easy. My wedding is not until September...I can't wait!

It was my first time using Alie Street and I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer services team are first class, they respond very, very quickly in a friendly professional manner and the delivery itself was equally fast. The dress I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, quality, beautifully understated, flattering and all without breaking the bank. The service from Alie street has been fantastic, after having a bed experience with ordering a dress from overseas (China) I was put off ordering again online, but then I found Alie Street. Free delivery and free returns I thought I would give them ago. I’m so glad I did. I ordered three dresses for choice, they all fitted perfectly. I have kept one. The sizing is spot on, it fits lovely. It doesn’t need any alterations. I would highly recommend Alie Street if you're looking for beautiful dresses and a great service. Thank you Alie Street.

I ordered this dress for my wedding next year but when it arrived I realised it was far too long. No worries, the lovely Michelle in customer service confirmed that they could make a dress to a bespoke length for a small extra charge and made all of the arrangements for the new order and collection of the original order. My dress arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly, I can't wait to wear it next year. Would highly recommend Alie Street and their brilliant customer service team

Alie Street wedding dresses are simply beautiful! The fabric is also very soft & comfortable to wear. The designs are just lovely & flattering as well. Customer service is excellent & friendly. They made the online purchase process so easy. I ordered 4 wedding dresses (to try on) for shipment to the US. Shipping was fast & free, as well as returns. A return bag was included with instructions for printing the label. A courier picks up at your doorstep.
